Arrows announced today (Thursday 7 February) that Heinz-Harald Frentzen will race for the team this year, alongside Enrique Bernoldi.  Frentzen drove the A23 for the first time this morning in Valencia, following Bernoldi's secret shakedown of the team's 2002 challenger earlier this week. 

Arrows' 2001 driver Jos Verstappen has been released from his contract and the confirmation of Frentzen's signing fills the last empty seat in the driver line-up for the 2002 Formula One grid.
