Ralph Firman began a two day test for Jordan Ford in Barcelona today, in changeable conditions at the Circuit de Catalunya. He completed 64 laps with track running slightly limited by a small suspension problem and a rain spell in the afternoon.
Gary Anderson, Director of Race and Test Engineering, said "We did some general set-up work and some tyre testing for Bridgestone, some brake testing and aerodynamic work. We lost a bit of time due to a front suspension pick-up point problem and by the time it was repaired it had started to rain. We tested some wet weather tyres with beneficial results."
Firman completes the test tomorrow.
