B.A.R have published a statement on their website confirming that test driver Anthony Davidson has been released from testing duties to drive for KL Minardi Asiatech at the Hungarian and Belgian Grands Prix.

He is contracted to B.A.R. until the end of 2006 and is expected to resume his testing duties with them after the Belgian Grand Prix.

Meanwhile, Heinz-Harald Frentzen has confirmed on his website, that he will not be participating in the Hungarian Grand Prix, "I will not be racing this weekend in the Hungarian Grand Prix. Since I stopped my cooperation with Arrows I am continuing to review my options for the future. I will make my plans public as soon as it is possible."

Arrows also released a statement this afternoon (Tuesday) which said that the team will not compete in this weekend's race in order to avoid interfering with discussions with potential investors.
