Hungarian Zsolt Baumgartner and Jarek Janis of the Czech Republic will test for Jordan Ford this season, the team announced today.
Janis will have two test days with the Silverstone-based team at the end of his F3000 season, while Baumgartner, also a F3000 contender, will participate in the team's Friday private test sessions at the German and Hungarian Grands Prix.
ZSolt Baumgartner is already familiar with Jordan after carrying out a demonstration run at the 2002 Hungarian Grand Prix. There have been no Hungarian drivers in the FIA Formula One World Championship and he was the first Hungarian to drive an F1 car as part of a modern-era Grand Prix weekend.
