“The car felt different from yesterday as it was heavier to drive but I think my lap time was decent. The biggest challenge for all drivers this afternoon will be the heat as temperatures rising to 42?C are expected.”

“I was a bit overcautious on this qualifying lap, as I did not know exactly what to expect from the car which was heavier with fuel load. It makes a difference as you go from quite a light car to a much heavier one and you do not have much time to practice. Yesterday I made two little mistakes so I just needed to be careful today and not repeat any.”
