The BAR team put out a press statement today (21 March), outlining a "restructure" of the technical operation. However, in simple terms, this is new boss David Richards implementing a new broom policy, having been at the helm for the past three months. Engineering Director Malcolm Oastler and Chief Designer Andy Green are both leaving the team, as is CEO Ian Ross.

According to the statement, the Brackley based workforce will be reduced by 15%. At the moment, there is no official news as to who will head up the technical side of the operation.
