Kimi Raikkonen has only been in Formula 1 for a year, but the McLaren man is already showing signs of being as cool when it comes to business as he is in the cockpit.

Spotting an opportunity, he has chartered a yacht, the "Osprey," in the harbour at Monaco for the grand prix in May.  While providing a handy base for the race weekend, it is also going to turn a handy profit.

The diminutive Finn has already rented out four cabins at US$4500, while other guests can pay a mere $2500 to spend some time on board, having breakfast with their hero.  The whole package sold out within hours of going on the market.
