Jordan entered yesterday's Jaguar-organised Formula One football 7-a-side tournament in Milton Keynes but without much success!  The yellows played four matches in the pouring rain and lost three of them, their only victory being a 1-0 defeat of BAR.  Competing teams included McLaren, Benetton, Williams, Jaguar, BAR, Ilmor, Cosworth and Formula One Management, as well as Jordan, but the tournament was won by Athletico Milton Keynes, a strong outside team drafted in at last minute when two of the F1 teams pulled out.

Jordan's single goal was scored by Alan Yeates of the Hydraulics department, with hearty endeavours also from Hari Roberts (Vehicle Dynamics), Matt Welch (Model Shop), Neil Sandford (Aerodynamics), Bjorn Van Uem (Vehicle Dynamics), James Knapton and John Meares (Aerodynamics).
