TEST ENGINEER
Applicants should have experience of data analysis, vehicle dynamics and running a modern racing car in a high-tech formula. You should have a good honours degree in a relevant engineering discipline and strong ability to manage a technical team and work unsupervised.
SENIOR COMPOSITE DESIGN ENGINEER
A qualified composite design engineer is required for this demanding role within the Composite Design Discipline. Applicants should be educated to degree/HND standard, and have a minimum of 5 years relevant motorsport or aerospace experience. A good working knowledge of a modern CAD system, ability to generate lay-out schemes with minimum supervision, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential requirements.
SENIOR MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER
A qualified mechanical design engineer is required for this demanding role within the Mechanical Design Discipline. Applicants should be educated to degree/HND standard, and have a minimum of 5 years relevant motorsport or aerospace experience. A good working knowledge of a modern CAD system, ability to work unsupervised, and team work are essential requirements.
FINITE ELEMENT SPECIALIST
A well qualified stress analyst is required to assist our FEA team. You should have a good postgraduate degree and extensive experience with the latest FE tools.
COMPUTATIONAL FLUID DYNAMICS SPECIALIST
A highly qualified specialist in fluid dynamics is required to assist our CFD program. A working knowledge of modern CFD codes, ability to work unsupervised, and team work are essential requirements.
VEHICLE DYNAMICS SPECIALIST
The successful candidate will help with the theoretical understanding/design of suspension, the differential and general vehicle dynamics. Applicants should be qualified to degree level, with several years of relevant experience in motorsport (preferably formula 1).
JUNIOR COMPOSITE DESIGN ENGINEER
Qualified to Degree/HND level with a minimum of 2 years composite design experience (preferably in motor sport). Should be fully conversant with CAD, with hands-on knowledge of current moulding and tooling techniques, and understanding of destructive/non-destructive composite testing.
JUNIOR MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER
Qualified to Degree/HND level with a minimum of 2 years mechanical design experience in motor sport or aerospace. A working knowledge of a modern CAD system is essential.
WIND TUNNEL PROJECT MANAGER
A highly experienced industrial project manager is required to manage and co-ordinate the new wind tunnel design/build project, liasing closely with architects and tunnel contractors. This post is for a fixed period of three years.
MODEL MAKER
Working with our highly skilled team of model makers, the applicant should have a pattern making background with experience of model making with in F1 or similar. You should have a flexible approach to working hours and be prepared to work to tight deadlines.
