Burti Goes Home To Recover Prost driver Luciano Burti walked away from a horrific crash at the German GP when he drove into the back of Michael Schumacher's Ferrari, resulting in his Prost being propelled into the air.
It emerged afterwards that Burti had injured his left arm, and he was forced to retire later on in the race.
Burti arrived in Brazil on Monday where he will spend the next three weeks resting. He commented, 'It will be a good chance of renewing my strength and spend some time among my family and friends. Today (Monday) I saw the newspaper's photographs and I really have to admit that I was very lucky and I owe much to the safety of F1 cars.'
