Testing, Mugello - 22 August
Jean Alesi and Jarno Trulli continued a three day test today with the Benson and Hedges Jordan Honda team, each completing 57 laps in hot and sunny conditions at Mugello.
The team devoted time to addressing reliability issues and both drivers spent the day working on general chassis set-up and aerodynamic configurations for the Belgian Grand Prix. Trulli was fourth fastest with a lap time of 1:25.75 and Alesi was sixth quickest with 1:26.78.
Meanwhile, Andrew Gilbert-Scott carried out testing for the team at Silverstone, making 22 launch control starts to test new software developments, and collected valuable information for the team.
