Sunday Warmup - Canadian Grand Prix 2001 Season
An uneventful warmup for Benson and Hedges Jordan Honda as Ricardo Zonta and Jarno Trulli set third and seventh fastest times respectively during the 30 minute practice session.

'No problems at all,' said Trevor Foster, Joint Managing Director, Jordan Grand Prix. 'We spent the warmup scrubbing tyres - it's easy to blister the tyres if you're not careful when they're new, and doing practice starts and generally getting ready for the race.'

Trulli completed 17 laps, Zonta 15. 'I'm feeling more confident now,' said Ricardo. 'Spinning off yesterday morning was a bit of a set-back but this morning went well and I'm relaxed and ready for the race.'

Olivier Panis was fastest for BAR Honda despite losing time later in the session with a puncture. David Coulthard was second quickest, his McLaren team-mate, Mika Hakkinen, setting fifth fastest time after the McLaren mechanics had worked until early this morning rebuilding the Finn's car which had received extensive damage when he ran over a kerb during qualifying. Pole position man Michael Schumacher was sixth fastest, reporting no problems as he tried different front wings on his Ferrari.

The 69-lap race is due to start at 1pm local time.
