Saturday Practice - British Grand Prix 2000 Season
Schumacher was on form in this morning's practice session at Silverstone, clocking a second fastest time of 1.33.132 behind Mika Hakkinen. Heinz-Harald Frentzen was seventh with a time of 1.34.709 whilst Trulli came in ninth with a time of 1.34.855.
In today's drier conditions at Silverstone Michael Schumacher was on form posting a second quickest time of the morning with a 1.33.360. Hakkinen was fastest with a 1.33.132.
For the Benson and Hedges Jordan drivers Jarno Trulli and Heinz-Harald Frentzen the session went smoothly without any mechanical problems. Frentzen was seventh with a time of 1.34.709 whilst Trulli came in ninth.
Mike Gascoyne who commented on this morning's performance said, " we are very competitive in the wet but seem to be struggling a bit more in intermediate conditions. This afternoon's result will depend on the weather."
