Sunday Warmup - Austrian Grand Prix 2000 Season Jordan Grand Prix drivers Heinz-Harald Frentzen and Jarno Trulli successfully completed their routine preparations during the morning warm-up for this afternoon's Austrian Grand Prix. Frentzen was 12th fastest, with Trulli 16th.
'We worked through our usual preparations during the warm-up and there were no real dramas to report,' said Trevor Foster, Managing Director, Jordan Grand Prix. 'The track was slippery, both drivers saying that there was no grip. We ran with a full load of fuel this morning. We wanted to check the brakes in particular because this track, with a high number of slow corners, is reasonably hard on the brakes. Everything was okay. We seem to be in good shape although we need to look at the possibility of rain this afternoon. There are a lot of swirling clouds up there on the mountain tops, so we have to be ready for anything'. Neither driver reporting any problems during a session when some drivers ran low fuel loads to check the possibility of making two stops.
Rubens Barrichello and David Coulthard were fastest for Ferrari and McLaren respectively, neither of the top teams reporting any problems.
