Sunday Warmup - German Grand Prix 2000 Season
There were no problems for Jordan Grand Prix during the warm-up this morning. Heinz-Harald Frentzen recorded fifth fastest time, with Jarno Trulli 10th quickest, as routine preparation was carried out for this afternoon's 45-lap race.

'Everything was okay,' said Trevor Foster, Managing Director, Jordan Grand Prix. 'There were no problems for either driver as we tried different downforce options which will help us decide on race strategy. We also took a look at the brakes, as that can be a potential problem area thanks to the number of chicanes in the high-speed straights. We did a lot of running with a high fuel load on Friday, so we can also use the information gathered from that. Everything went to plan and you shouldn't read anything into our positions on the list of times.'

The McLarens of David Coulthard and Mika Hakkinen were fastest, with Michael Schumacher fourth behind the Arrows of Pedro de la Rosa. Coulthard set his time before crashing his McLaren at the same spot where Schumacher left the road during practice yesterday. The Scotsman was unhurt and
returned to the pits to take over the spare car.

Jacques Villeneuve (BAR) and Jos Verstappen (Arrows) collided when Verstappen lost control while braking for the first chicance seconds after they had left the pits at the start of the warm-up. Both drivers had to return on foot for their spare cars.
