Jordan Grand Prix entered Formula One in 1991 and, after only nine seasons, ranks in the top echelons of the sport right behind the long standing teams of McLaren and Ferrari. Founded by Dubliner Eddie Jordan, Jordan Grand Prix is known in the F1 paddock as the young, rock and roll team, which knows how to party as well as how to be a serious contender in this exciting sport.

Jordan Grand Prix is located in a four acred site at Silverstone, across the road from Britain s famous motor racing circuit. The company, backed by title sponsor Benson and Hedges and a further 30 blue chip companies, employes nearly 200 people in its purpose built factory and nearby wind tunnel. Added investment in since 1998 from investment bank Warburg Pincus, has given Jordan the backing necessary to fight with the big boys and over take former F1 World Champions Williams and Benetton. We are now a serious force in Formula One, says Jordan s Chief Executive Eddie Jordan. Our aim is to keep challenging and go on to become World Champions ourselves.
