Mugen Co Ltd is very active in a variety of motor sports; in the 1970s and 1980s it supplied motorcycle motocross machines. It is currently a supplier of race engines, such as the kart engine based on 50cc motor scooter engine, F3 engine, Formula Nippon engine and F1 engines, and it lies at the centre of Honda Motor's motor sports activities. The relationship between Mugen and Honda Motor has been, and remains, very close. |
